Information you choose to share

Our inquiry forms collect your contact details, country, organization, acquisition or sale brief, preferred currency and communication preferences. We use them to respond, qualify inquiries, manage follow-up and keep a record of our discussions. Do not submit student records, bank details or confidential documents through these forms.

Service providers and protection

The website and its database run on DigitalOcean infrastructure in the United States. Paradise Modern provides transactional email delivery and spam protection. Incoming mail continues through our existing Google mailbox service. Form protection processes your name, message, IP address and browser information to assess abuse. Authorized PSB staff can review inquiries and operational records.

Choice and disclosure

Permission to respond to an inquiry is separate from optional marketing permission. We do not publish school identities or distribute sensitive information merely because someone submits an inquiry. Seller approval and appropriate confidentiality arrangements are part of our disclosure process.

Cookies and analytics

Essential session cookies support form security and staff sign-in. Optional analytics, enabled only if you choose to allow them below, send public page paths to Paradise Modern. We do not include inquiry contents, private desk pages or contact details in those page events.

School directory and claims

Directory pages contain school facts from identified research sources, which may be historical. They do not indicate a school is for sale. Buyer interest and school claims remain private to PSB staff. We verify a claimant’s role and authority through independent contact before accepting a claim; a claim never automatically grants access to private records. You can request a correction or removal through info@privateschoolbrokers.com.

Older records

We hold historical PSB records for review, business continuity and to understand earlier relationships. Imported account flags are not treated as fresh marketing consent, verified identity or authority to sell. Access is restricted to staff.

Retention and your requests

We retain inquiry and transaction records while needed to handle the relationship, resolve disputes and meet applicable obligations. We review older records for continued relevance. Email info@privateschoolbrokers.com to request access, correction, deletion or to withdraw optional marketing permission. We may need to verify your identity and retain records where an applicable obligation requires it.
