HOW WE WORK
Clear expectations.
Careful introductions.
PSB handles qualification, negotiations and closing coordination directly, bringing in specialist partners where the transaction calls for them.
1. Understand the brief
We discuss the school or acquisition criteria, geography, timing, ownership and funding approach. An initial inquiry and qualification conversation are free.
2. Agree the engagement
Before representation begins, we agree the scope, responsibilities and fees in writing. Our intended core model is a negotiated completion fee. If a separate readiness service would be useful, its deliverables, price and any credit toward a completion fee are agreed in advance.
3. Make controlled introductions
We review buyer fit and the seller’s authority. School identity and sensitive information require the seller’s approval and an appropriate confidentiality agreement. Signing an NDA alone does not qualify a buyer or grant access.
4. Work toward a transaction
PSB coordinates discussions and the diligence process. Local legal, financial, tax, education and property specialists may be needed, depending on the country and transaction. Buyers and sellers make their own decisions with their advisers.
International from the start
Tell us your country, transaction currency and preferred language. We assess whether PSB and the appropriate specialists can support the proposed engagement before accepting it.
